As of May 2010, companies are required to include information for consumers
All companies with commercial websites taking online orders or marketing their products, services tourism, tourist packages or plane tickets are required to include a link to the National Authority for the Protection of Consumers, the phone number (0800 080 999) and the following text: PROTECTION OF CONSUMERS – NAPC.
Companies are required to have on display the ANPC department information and telephone number for consumer rights 0800 080 999 in their place of business.
